Returns + Refund

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged at the time of delivery

• The product has a manufacturing defect (print issue, fabric defect, stitching issue)

• You received an incorrect product or size due to an error from our side

🕒 Important:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer

• Color or design not matching personal preference

• Product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Normal wear and tear

⚠️ Each QUQRV® product is carefully prepared, therefore unnecessary returns are discouraged.

📦 Return Request Process

To raise a return or replacement request:

1. Email us at support@quqrv.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Share your Order ID along with clear product images or an unboxing video

3. Our quality team will review the request

4. Once approved, further instructions will be shared via email

🔄 Replacement Policy

• If the issue is verified and approved, a free replacement will be provided

• Replacement orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days after approval

💰 Refund Policy

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after approval

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

⏳ Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
